Advantages - Super - 43

  • While making concrete of strength M15 and above grade, the use of Vasavadatta Super gives you a saving in cement consumption of over 5% to 10% as compared to other 43 grade cements. The saving increases to more than 10% compared to generally available 33 grade cement. Higher the strength of concrete made, greater are the savings.

  • As Vasavadatta Super  - 43 develops high early strength at 1,3 and 7 days and with exceptionally high 28 days strength, formwork of slabs and beams can be removed much earlier, which results in increased speed of construction and savings in centering cost.

  • Owing to its high fineness, Vasavadatta Super offers better workability for a given water cement ratio ensuring a very dense, compact and durable concrete.

  • Vasavadatta Super  - 43 is low alkali cement and provides an insurance against alkali aggregate reaction, thus resulting in durable structures.

 Advantages - Gold -53

  • Vasavadatta Gold - 53 gives you a saving in cement consumption of 10 % to 20% as compared to other cements, while making concrete of grade M20, M30 and above.
  • Vasavadatta Gold – 53 develops high early strength and facilitates early removal of formwork of slabs and beams, which results in increased speed of construction and savings in centering cost.
  • Vasavadatta Gold – 53 produces highly durable concrete due to a very low percentage of alkalies, chlorites, magnesia and free lime in its composition.
  • Vasavadatta Gold – 53 continues to increase the compressive strength of concrete and mortar even after 28 days. The 365 days strength is 25% to 30% higher than 28 days strength. Additional strength imparts durability and enhances the life of the structure.
  • Vasavadatta Gold – 53 reduces steel consumption up to 10%.

Advantages – Birla Shakti

  • By proper choice of a fly ash of consistence and quality, interground with OPC clinker, the fineness and optimum dosage has been ensured which results in a high compressive strength.

  • Finer particle size in Birla Shakti gives denser concrete.

  • The load density of fly ash improves workability and reduces bleeding.

  • The fine spherical shape improves the bond between the steel and concrete.
