A large modern ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001 & IS 18001 dry process cement plant, which is a major player in the cement segment of the Karnataka state, is looking for excellent professionals for its expansion project Unit-III & Unit-IV as follows.

SENIOR MANAGERS / MANAGERS / DEPUTY MANAGERS / ASST. MANAGERS in the following discipline:

                MINES / MINING MACHINERY / MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL / INSTRUMENTATION / POWER PLANT / CIVIL /PROCESS  /  QUALITY CONTROL

All the above assignments need minimum First Class Degree in Engineering in the respective discipline from a reputed institution.

 FOR THE ABOVE POSTS - MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:- For Senior Managers - 15-20 Years, For Manager / Deputy Manager - 10-12 Years, and For Asst. Managers - 7-10 Years. 

MANAGER – TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT / SENIOR OFFICER – TRAINING

For Manager (Trg&Dev.) – MBA (HR), 10-12 years of experience. For Senior Officer (Trg.) – MBA-HR/MSW with PG Diploma in T&D –  5/6 Years of experience.

 

SENIOR PROCESS OFFICER / PROCESS OFFICER / GET (PROCESS)

Sr. Process Officer / Process Officer – M.Sc. or B.Sc. with physics, Chemistry & Maths or Biology, 8-10 years of experience, For GET (Process) – Fresh B.E. / Diploma in Chemical or Cement & Ceramic Technology.

 Knowledge of Kannada will be an additional advantage.
